Infinitus
Privacy policy
Last updated: 31 August 2026
Infinitus attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. This policy explains what data we collect on this site, why we collect it and what your rights are.
1. Data controller
The controller of the data collected on this site is Infinitus SARL. For any question concerning your data, write to us at contact@infinitus-it.com.
2. Data we collect
This is a showcase website. We carry out no advertising profiling and sell no data. The data processed is the following:
- your name, your work email, your company name and the content of your message when you use the contact form;
- the information you send us directly by email or by telephone;
- if, and only if, you have accepted it: browsing data used to measure the site’s audience — pages viewed, visit duration, device type, country and referring site.
The information you enter in the contact form is sent to our server, which forwards it to us by email at contact@infinitus-it.com. It is not stored in a database and is used solely to answer your enquiry.
3. Purposes and legal basis
Your contact details are used solely to answer your enquiry, to discuss a possible project and to manage our business relationship. The legal basis for this processing is your consent, given by sending us your message, together with our legitimate interest in responding to the enquiries addressed to us. Audience measurement is used only to understand how the site is consulted so that we can improve it; it rests exclusively on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
4. Retention period
Correspondence relating to a contact enquiry is kept for three years from the last contact, then deleted. Contractual documents are kept for the applicable statutory period. Audience measurement data is kept for fourteen months at most.
5. Recipients
Your data is intended solely for the Infinitus teams handling your enquiry. It is never sold, rented or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes. The only external recipient is Google Ireland Limited, which operates the audience measurement tool, and only if you have accepted it; that processing may involve a transfer outside the European Union, governed by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
6. Cookies and audience measurement
This site uses no advertising cookies and loads no third-party tracker until you have accepted it. On your first visit, a banner offers you the choice to accept or refuse audience measurement, with equal ease either way. Until you answer, and permanently if you refuse, no external script is loaded and nothing is stored in your browser. If you accept, Google Analytics sets audience measurement cookies and your IP address is truncated before any recording. Your answer is kept in your browser’s local storage so that you are not asked again on every page; you can clear it at any time from your browser settings to change your mind.
7. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the data concerning you, the right to object to its processing and the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@infinitus-it.com. We reply within one month at the latest.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in our practices or in the applicable regulations. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
